Stick figure fighting. Saw this a while ago, but it's still pretty cool.

I went over to Luce's the other day and saw some more episodes of Initial D. also met her lil 6yr old cousin mycaelle (sp?). she's crazy! but i guess she's normal enough for a little girl, she only threatened to kill me twice.

watching T3 tonight and cooking some dokbuki. i went on a korean food splurge at pusan at 8am this morning so now i have to cook all the stuff i bought. oh, the suffering i go thru....

I'm a LOBSTER. or at least i'm red as one. i always do this once a year, only this time it wasn't while i was in tahoe. after my camping trip, we decided to stop by stinson beach for a bit. and me being me, i needed to start working on getting rid of my paleness, so i decided to just lay there in the sun. sounded good at first. i mean, we were only stopping for like 30 min right? how can i get burned in 30 min? who needs sunblock!? it's all the way over in the car....
oh my...so now my belly could probably be cut off and put up on the lighthouse to warn sailors of their impending doom as they come closer and closer to the scary image that is me. the undersides of my arms, and my shins are also pretty badly burned, but nothing like my front torso...

at least the camping trip went by pretty well. we ended up staying at glencamp and stuffed ourselves full of food. we had turkey burgers, steaks, salmon, spaghetti, and a ton of cookies to eat for dinner the first night. whatever water i lost from the hike i replaced with lard and protein...mmmmmmm.....

we also stopped by the beach near wildcat camp and saw a ton of tiny blue jellyfish that looked like condom packets. and then we saw this couple that came out of nowhere and they decided to lie down on the cold windy beach. that got us talking about dates and what makes a date a date. there's a bunch of things to consider, like whether you're already friends with the person you're going out with to where and when and all that jazz. i think one of the hazy ones was going to watch finding nemo with someone you still don't really know. what do you think? i mean...it's a cute movie, most guys wouldn't go and watch it with their guy friends (my assumption at least).....

i also celebrated my return to cooking last thursday evening...well..just had a few ppl over and cooked...hopefully i'll be able to keep it up from now on...maybe i'll even make dim sum again if i have a whole day to spare. of course, if i get lazy, i can always eat those military rations that perry has. yeah, i know you're laughing now, but it's good stuff. for basically 4 bucks, you can get a pretty filling meal. the one i had at perry's had beef teriyaki, strawberry apple sauce, two m&m cookies, two large crackers with apple jelly (basically just cornsyrup mixed with high-fructose corn syrup), and some instant coffee and cream. you can always depend on our country to feed our soldiers well. hell, we spend over half our budget on our military. if our soldiers starting getting sick of malnutrition, it'd be a shame. so we force them to eat like 3,000 calories a meal, just so we know they'll have extra.

well, i have a week off again, so i'll be off doing my errands again. i was gonna go swimming...but i dont' want to blind anyone with my belly =(
